Shipping And Handling Policy

Shipping and Processing Time

• The Orders placed on Our Website will be packed and shipped on Business Days only.

• Unless otherwise specified, most Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 Business Days from the Order date.

• The indicative date of shipping will be mentioned on the Website against each Product.

• Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the next Business Day.

• Customized or pre-ordered Products may take longer for delivery. In relation to pre-ordered Products, the items will be shipped on the day of its official release launch. The pre order duration varies Product wise.

• If We are unable to process Your Order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, Your Order processing may be delayed to the extent accurate and complete information is made available to Us.

• Processing of Orders may take longer depending on a Product's availability.

• All delivery charges in connection with resized or repaired Products shall be solely on Your account.

Delivery and handling

• Estimated delivery time may vary depending on a Product's availability and location to which You want the Order to be shipped.

• We may partner with logistics/courier services to enable prompt and hassle-free deliveries.

• If the despatched package has been opened, do not accept the Order as such Orders will not be eligible for returns.

• The pin/area code entered should be in an area that is serviced by Our logistics/courier partner.

• At the time of placing the Order, the Member shall state the full name of the recipient as stated in any Government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery, the recipient shall be eligible to collect the Product by furnishing to the logistics/courier service personnel any Government approved photo identification card such as:

o Ration card,

o Driver's license,

o PAN Card,

o Voter identity card, and/or

o Passport

The recipient of the Product would be required to cooperate with the logistics/courier service provider for the purposes of verifying the Government approved photo identity.

• The recipient would also be required to sign a delivery receipt, acknowledging the receipt of the Product.

• If You or the recipient is not available at the delivery location at the time of delivery, We and/or the logistics/courier service provider will try and re-deliver the Product a second time before the same will get returned to Us. In the event the Product is delivered a third time, You shall pay the delivery charges for such delivery at actuals.

• The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling and arranging for delivery of an Order to You if such failure or delay was outside the reasonable control of Sparkling Allure and/or the logistics/courier service provider such as unprecedented circumstances, overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature/act of God that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties.

• It is clarified that only transit related insurance would be provided by Sparkling Allure in connection with procuring safe and secure delivery of the Product to You/recipient. Such transit insurance shall be valid only up to such time that the Product is delivered to You/ recipient.
